When registering an Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile number, a valid email address, and your preferred bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. qqnuda will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. You accept full liability for any activity conducted through your Account prior to reporting unauthorized access.

qqnuda may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must generate Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before a withdrawal request will be approved.
qqnuda actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. In cases where such patterns are identified, qqnuda reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close the relevant account. Decisions made under this clause are final and non-negotiable.
All games available on the qqnuda platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and arcade games — are governed by the specific rules published within each game environment. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply in relation to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall apply in all other respects.
Sports betting markets on qqnuda cover domestic and international fixtures including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifying, and AFF Cup. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers are available across eligible markets. All odds are subject to change prior to market settlement. qqnuda reserves the right to void or re-settle bets in the event of data errors, match abandonment, or verified instances of match manipulation.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or wager, qqnuda reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Users' accounts. No compensation beyond the original stake will be payable under such circumstances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or factors outside our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party provider failures) may affect platform accessibility. qqnuda will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability outside our direct control.
All wagering and gaming decisions are made solely at your own risk. qqnuda provides gaming entertainment services and does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome. The Company shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from gameplay decisions, reliance on displayed odds, or system errors where the original stake has been returned.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqnuda's maximum aggregate liability to any single User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qqnuda provides all gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied and no active wagering requirements being in progress.
qqnuda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager activity). qqnuda will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before applying a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25,000 to dormant accounts. Users may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a verification check.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqnuda holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent qqnuda from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property, or to prevent ongoing harm.
qqnuda reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the services provided — we will notify registered Users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account prior to the effective date.
